Plumbing Chandelier
Author Aleksandr Shymchenko
Meet a chandelier in the plumbing art style. Actually it is called “chandelier” just because it is fixed to the ceiling. It doesn’t give much light or heat. It can’t be used as a heating appliance. It just pretends it is a chandelier.
We used traditional plumbing fixtures to make this work of art: taps, pipes, t-joints, etc. The brass basin is turned upside down this time and serves a perfect lampshade. We also opted for vintage Edison filament light bulbs (there are 6 of them), which add a kind of technocratic-historical note to the chandelier.
